Enrollment Process

  1. Tour Our Academy

    Visit our facilities and experience our Montessori environment

  2. Fill Our Application

    Complete the comprehensive application form

  3. Complete a Parent/Teacher Pre-admission Interview

    Meet with our staff to discuss your child's needs

  4. Submit all Enrollment Forms

    Complete all school forms and financial agreement with the administrator

Fee Rules

Fee Structure

  • The School Fees shall be charged for a full one calendar year (i.e., 12 MONTHS)
  • For any queries regarding school fee installments, kindly contact the school office.
  • Fee shall be paid by Cheque / Cash or through online mode via the given link
  • School fees from Playgroup to Sr. KG and 1st to 5th total package ₹ 150000/-
    • This includes : Admission Fees (Playgroup till 5th Std.)
    • Tuition fees (Playgroup till 5th Std.)
    • Excluding Uniform and Books which parents will pay every year

Rules for Cheque / DD Payment

Payment Requirements

  1. The Cheque / DD should be drawn in favour of "Rowtrees Montessori School"
  2. There should be only one Cheque against one child's fees
  3. Parents must write the student's Name, Class, Section at the back side of the Cheque / Demand Draft
  4. The Cheques should be 'Account Payee only'
  5. Out station Cheques are not acceptable

Penalty Policy

Dishonoured Cheque Policy:

  • If a Cheque is dishonoured or returned for any reason by the bank, a penalty of ₹500/- will be imposed
  • If a Cheque is dishonoured, all future payments from the defaulting parents will only be accepted through Demand Draft only

Scheduled Timings

School Hours

9:00 AM to 12:30 PM

School will remain open Monday to Friday, except Saturdays, Sundays and Gazetted Holidays

Office Hours

8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Monday to Saturday

Scheduled Visiting Hours

Meeting the Principal:

Parents desirous of meeting the Principal should have a prior appointment

Meeting Teachers:

Parents may meet the concerned teacher between 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM in the office only

School Uniform

School Uniform is a discipline in itself and must be adhered strictly.

Every student is expected to be in full school uniform along with a school ID card issued by the school authorities.

Transportation Guidelines

Important Notice for Private Van Users:

For students using private vans, parents should verify the antecedents of drivers thoroughly, as the school will not be responsible for the same.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Submit the photo ID of driver
  • Submit driving licence
  • Police verification of the driver is a must
